Sales Manager – Datacentre

About the role

We are looking for a results‑driven Sales Manager to lead new‑logo acquisition and grow existing revenue within the datacentre, telecoms and managed‑services space. The role sits within the UK sales team and focuses on enterprise customers, especially system integrators.

Key responsibilities

• Maintain current revenue streams and generate new business across a defined account and prospect list.
• Develop and execute detailed account development plans for strategic customers.
• Build a wide network of contacts within each organisation to influence procurement decisions for datacentre services.
• Analyse market position, competitor offerings and tier accounts based on growth potential.
• Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets and associated KPIs.

Required profile

• Proven quota‑bearing sales experience, preferably in datacentre, telecoms, XaaS, AI or e‑commerce.
• Strong ability to create and maintain relationships at multiple levels within large enterprises.
• Engineering or technical background with previous hosting or co‑location sales exposure.
• Understanding of the UK datacentre market, key players and their unique selling points.

Required skills

• SFDC (Salesforce) knowledge and experience.
