Sales Manager - Electrification

About the role

Motion Applied is seeking a Sales Manager to lead global business development for its Electrification portfolio. The role will expand existing automotive markets and create new revenue streams in aerospace, marine and commercial vehicle sectors.

Key responsibilities

• Identify and qualify new worldwide business opportunities, positioning Motion Applied to win.
• Build and manage a transparent sales pipeline, meet targets, and maintain CRM records.
• Support the 5‑year strategic plan for the Electrification portfolio through market analysis and growth forecasting.
• Collaborate with product, engineering and marketing teams to align offerings with customer needs.
• Promote Motion Applied as an innovator in the global electrification market and develop targeted marketing material.

Required profile

• Proven experience in technical business development or sales, preferably with Tier 1 powertrain, inverter or motor products.
• Strong network within automotive or aerospace OEMs and Tier 1 suppliers.
• Track record of creating and closing high‑value B2B technical proposals.

Required skills

• Proficiency with CRM software tools.
• Knowledge of power electronics and electrification technologies.
