Sales Manager – Estate Agency

About the role

We are looking for an experienced Estate Agency Sales Manager to lead the local sales team in Welling. The role focuses on winning new property instructions, delivering accurate valuations and maximising listings while building strong client relationships and driving residential sales performance in a competitive market.

Key responsibilities

• Conduct property valuations and secure new instructions.
• Build and maintain relationships with vendors and potential clients.
• Provide accurate advice on pricing, marketing and market conditions.
• Maximise listing opportunities and conversion rates.
• Deliver high-level customer service throughout the sales process.
• Identify new business opportunities within the local market.
• Work towards agreed targets and performance objectives.
• Liaise with internal teams to ensure smooth progression of sales.

Required profile

• Previous experience in estate agency sales, with a focus on valuations and listings.
• Proven track record of winning instructions in a competitive market.
• Strong communication and negotiation abilities.
• Confident telephone manner and customer-focused approach.
