Sales Manager

About the role

Kings Court Trust is seeking a Sales Manager to lead client services and drive business growth. Based in central Bristol with a hybrid working model, you will support families through bereavement while managing a high‑performing sales team.

Key responsibilities

• Manage, analyse and utilise Management Information (MI) to identify trends and improve conversion rates in line with the company’s Statement of Intent targets.
• Serve as the referral point for Client Services and Probate Consultants, providing guidance, training and competency monitoring.
• Oversee daily lead management to maximise opportunities and drive business growth.
• Collaborate across departments to ensure a seamless client experience.
• Contribute to continuous improvement and innovation in processes.

Required profile

• Experience in a sales environment within legal or professional services (desirable).
• Demonstrable people‑management experience, including recruitment, appraisals, capability, conduct and absence management.
• Proven coaching and mentoring track record with talent development.
• Strong communication skills – clear, empathetic and confident.
• Proactive, solutions‑focused attitude and ability to work both independently and collaboratively.
• Experience in probate, legal services or estate administration.
• Passion for making a difference in people’s lives.

• Salary £50,000 – £60,000 per annum.
