About the role

Alchemy Global Talent Solutions is partnering with a leading serviced‑apartment provider to hire a Sales Manager who will drive new business growth and nurture long‑term client relationships across the serviced accommodation market. The role is ideal for a commercial sales professional who enjoys building partnerships, converting opportunities and delivering tailored housing solutions to corporate clients.

Key responsibilities

• Generate revenue by prospecting and winning new business in the serviced‑apartment market.
• Build and maintain a consistent sales pipeline through outbound outreach, referrals, networking and partnerships.
• Manage and grow key accounts to increase repeat bookings and contract value.
• Conduct client meetings, presentations and site visits, both virtual and in‑person.
• Produce proposals, negotiate pricing, service terms and agreements.
• Collaborate with operations to ensure smooth onboarding and service delivery.
• Maintain accurate CRM activity, reporting and sales forecasts.
• Represent the business at industry events and client functions.
• Monitor competitor activity, market trends and client requirements.

Required profile

• Proven B2B sales success within serviced apartments, relocation, hospitality, travel or property.
• Strong track record of achieving and exceeding revenue targets.
• Experience managing a full 360° sales cycle from prospecting to close.
• Excellent communication, relationship‑building and negotiation abilities.
• Commercial mindset with a proactive, results‑driven approach.
• Strong organisational and pipeline‑management skills.
