Sales Manager

About the role

We are looking for an experienced senior sales negotiator or sales manager to lead the sales function of a successful independent estate agency in Beaconsfield. Working closely with the directors, you will manage property valuations and drive the team to meet ambitious sales targets.

Key responsibilities

• Oversee the day‑to‑day sales operations and ensure targets are achieved.
• Conduct and supervise property valuations for clients.
• Lead, motivate and develop a high‑performing sales team.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with buyers, sellers and external partners.
• Report sales performance to senior management and contribute to strategic planning.

Required profile

• Proven experience as a senior sales negotiator or sales manager in the property sector.
• Strong valuation and negotiation skills.
• Excellent people and leadership abilities.
• Energetic, enthusiastic and willing to work a 5‑day week with occasional Saturdays (day in lieu provided).

What we offer

• Competitive basic salary up to £40,000.
• On‑target earnings ranging from £60,000 to £80,000 per year.
