Sales Manager – Lead a Dynamic Sales Team

About the role

We are seeking an experienced Sales Manager to lead a motivated sales team and drive growth across our customer base. You will be responsible for shaping strategy, coaching staff and ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and execute strategic plans to achieve sales targets and expand the customer base.
• Lead, motivate and support the sales team to progress the sales cycle and meet performance goals.
• Analyse market trends, identify new growth opportunities and refine sales and marketing strategies.
• Provide accurate sales forecasts and detailed reporting.
• Assess team strengths and weaknesses, adjusting programmes to maximise results.
• Offer on‑the‑ground support to sales associates as they generate leads and close deals.

Required profile

• Proven experience as a Sales Manager or in a comparable sales leadership role.
• Demonstrated ability to coach and develop team members to deliver high‑quality customer service.
• Strong communication, interpersonal and organisational skills.
• Analytical mindset with a problem‑solving attitude.
• Willingness to travel as required.

Required skills

• Proficiency with CRM software.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite.
