About the role

Key responsibilities

• Coach and develop a high‑performing sales team to meet individual and club monthly targets.
• Analyse club sales data, performance metrics and member feedback to optimise strategies.
• Plan, challenge and inspire the team to achieve and exceed sales objectives.
• Ensure coverage of evenings, weekends and public holidays as required.

Required profile

• Previous experience in a fast‑paced sales environment (leisure sector desirable).
• Strong leadership skills with a track record of building high‑performing teams.
• Passion for health and fitness and a commercial, strategic mindset.
• Excellent communication and collaboration abilities.
