About the role
We are looking for a motivated Sales Manager to lead B2B sales across the sailing and marine sector. The role combines customer visits, home‑based work and office time, offering a flexible hybrid schedule.
Key responsibilities
- Develop and maintain relationships with dealers, distributors and end‑users in the marine industry.
- Drive B2B sales of sailing products, meeting targets and expanding market presence.
- Conduct customer visits and provide product demonstrations.
- Collaborate with the internal team to ensure seamless service delivery.
- Maintain accurate sales records and report on performance.
Required profile
- Proven sales experience in any industry.
- Genuine knowledge of and enthusiasm for sailing.
- Ability to commute to Whitstable (commutable from surrounding towns).
