About the role

Our client, a UK market leader in leisure management operations, is seeking a Contract Sales Manager to drive membership sales across four flagship sites in Bristol. The role combines strategic oversight with hands‑on leadership to maximise revenue from gyms and pools.

Key responsibilities

• Oversee sales performance for four gyms and four pools, serving over 10,500 fitness members.
• Develop and execute membership sales strategies that balance volume and high‑value memberships.
• Lead, motivate and coach the sales team to achieve and exceed targets.
• Monitor key performance indicators and produce regular sales reports for senior management.
• Collaborate with marketing and operations to ensure a seamless member experience.
