Sales Manager - New Elevator Solutions

About the role

The Sales Manager for New Elevator Solutions will lead a multi‑skilled sales team, including Sales Executives, a Digital Solutions Engineer and a Sales Specialist. Based in Woking, you will be responsible for driving value‑based sales across the London & South region, developing key customer relationships and delivering profitable growth.

Key responsibilities

• Define and achieve order targets for value, units, profitability and value‑added services.
• Lead the sales team in solution‑selling, customer relationship management and market analysis.
• Plan sales, manage pricing, and develop regional and individual sales plans.
• Oversee the sales funnel, CRM data quality, opportunity management and reporting.
• Identify and develop new key accounts, cross‑sell KONE solutions and gather competitor intelligence.

Required profile

• Proven leadership experience managing a sales team in a matrix environment.
• Collaborative mindset with strong influencing and communication skills.
• Customer‑focused with ability to understand and meet short‑ and long‑term objectives.
• Experience in industry, engineering, construction or technical sectors is desired.
