About the role

Join Reiss’s dynamic retail team on Regent Street as a Sales Manager. You’ll support the management team, motivate staff to achieve targets and maintain a safe, efficient store environment.

Key responsibilities

• Deliver a premium, genuine and tailored customer service experience that exceeds expectations.
• Act as a role model, inspiring and guiding the team with dedication, integrity and warmth.
• Drive sales by monitoring KPIs and leading by example with exceptional service.
• Work with store leadership to cascade the business plan throughout the team.
• Provide in‑depth knowledge of the brand and products to customers and staff.
• Support store operations, deliver team briefs and contribute to meetings.
• Assist store management with team development.

Required profile

• Previous experience supervising a team.
• Strong background in a customer‑facing role, ideally within a premium or luxury environment.
• Ability to guide, coach and adapt to changing priorities.
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, organisational and decision‑making skills.
• Ability to work in a fast‑paced retail environment and excel under pressure.
