About the role

We are seeking an experienced Sales Manager to lead a residential sales team in Ruislip, driving branch performance and delivering high levels of customer service.

Key responsibilities

Lead, manage and motivate the residential sales team.
Set and monitor individual and branch sales targets.
Generate new business and secure property instructions.
Conduct market appraisals and property valuations.
Negotiate offers and progress sales from offer to completion.
Monitor team performance, provide coaching and feedback.
Train negotiators to improve sales performance.
Manage daily branch activity, including leads, viewings and enquiries.
Develop strategies to increase instructions, market share and revenue.
Analyse sales figures and prepare performance reports for senior management.

Required profile

Proven leadership and team‑management experience.
Strong communication and negotiation skills.
Target‑driven with a commercial mindset.
Excellent knowledge of the residential property market.
Ability to coach, mentor and develop staff.
Commitment to high standards of customer service and compliance.
