About the role

Join Reiss’s dynamic retail team in Cardiff as a Sales Manager. In this part‑time position you will support store leadership, motivate the team to hit targets and help maintain a safe, efficient environment.

Key responsibilities

• Deliver a premium, tailored customer service experience that exceeds expectations.
• Act as a role model, inspiring and guiding the team with dedication and genuine warmth.
• Drive sales by monitoring KPIs and leading by example.
• Collaborate with store leadership to cascade the business plan throughout the team.
• Provide in‑depth knowledge of the Reiss brand and products to customers and staff.
• Support store operations through active engagement and duties.
• Conduct team briefs, contribute to meetings and assist with team development.

Required profile

• Previous experience supervising a team.
• Strong background in a customer‑facing role, preferably in a premium or luxury environment.
• Ability to guide, coach and develop others.
• Flexibility to adapt to changing priorities.
• Proven ability to work in a fast‑paced retail setting.
• Excellent communication, interpersonal and organisational skills.
• Resilience and composure under pressure.
