Sales Manager – Retail (Reading)

About the role

We are looking for a Sales Manager to join our Reading store, supporting the management team and ensuring a high‑performing, safe, and efficient retail environment. You will motivate the team to achieve sales targets while delivering an elevated customer experience.

Key responsibilities

• Deliver premium, tailored customer service that exceeds expectations.
• Act as a role model, inspiring and guiding the team with dedication and integrity.
• Drive sales by monitoring KPIs and leading by example.
• Collaborate with store leadership to cascade the business plan.
• Provide in‑depth product knowledge to customers and staff.
• Conduct team briefs, contribute to meetings, and support store operations.

Required profile

• Previous experience supervising a team in a premium or luxury retail environment.
• Strong communication, interpersonal and organisational skills.
• Ability to coach, adapt to changing priorities and thrive in a fast‑paced setting.
• Excellent decision‑making and ability to perform under pressure.
