Sales Manager – Retail (St Pancras)

About the role

Join Reiss’s dynamic retail team at the St Pancras store as a Sales Manager. You will support the management team, motivate staff to hit targets and ensure a safe, efficient store environment while delivering an elevated customer experience.

Key responsibilities

• Deliver a premium, genuine and tailored customer service experience that exceeds expectations.
• Act as a role model, inspiring and guiding the team with dedication, integrity and warmth.
• Drive sales by monitoring KPIs and leading by example with exceptional service.
• Collaborate with store leadership to cascade the business plan throughout the team.
• Provide in‑depth knowledge of the Reiss brand and products to customers and staff.
• Engage in duties that support overall store operations.
• Conduct team briefs and contribute actively to team meetings.
• Support store management in team development and performance coaching.

Required profile

• Previous experience supervising a team.
• Strong background in a customer‑facing role, ideally within a premium or luxury environment.
• Ability to guide, coach and develop others.
• Flexibility and adaptability to changing priorities.
• Proven ability to work in a fast‑paced retail environment.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Strong organisational and decision‑making abilities.
• Ability to excel under pressure.
