Sales Manager – South Region (Technical Capital Equipment)

About the role

We are seeking an experienced Sales Manager to lead our technical capital‑equipment business across the South region of England. You will work in the field, building relationships with key customers and distributors, and delivering engineered solutions to a variety of manufacturing sectors.

Key responsibilities

• Develop new business and grow existing accounts throughout the Southern territory.
• Manage the full sales cycle for technical capital‑equipment solutions, from quotation to contract signing.
• Build and maintain long‑term relationships with customers and distribution partners.
• Identify market opportunities and drive sales growth across manufacturing sectors.
• Prepare proposals, commercial presentations and accurate quotations.
• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure delivery of exceptional customer solutions.
• Maintain an up‑to‑date sales pipeline and CRM data.

Required profile

• Proven success in a technical field‑sales role.
• Experience in the engineering or manufacturing industry, preferably selling capital equipment.
• Strong business development and key‑account management abilities.
• Excellent communication, negotiation and relationship‑building skills.
• Self‑motivated and able to manage a large territory independently.
