Sales Manager – UK

About the role

DESOTEC, an international environmental services company, is seeking a driven Sales Manager to grow its UK customer base. The role focuses on new‑business development for sustainable mobile filtration solutions, combining remote work with regular travel across the region.

Key responsibilities

• Identify and win new business opportunities in key industries across the UK.
• Participate in international trade fairs several times a year.
• Provide technical and commercial solution support together with in‑house application specialists.
• Travel approximately three days per week, including occasional overnight stays (2‑3 nights per month) and visits to the headquarters in Belgium.
• Track and manage opportunities using the Salesforce CRM system.
• Prepare and present offers in collaboration with the internal sales team.

Required profile

• Proven “sales hunter” mindset with a track record of B2B sales success.
• Experience in industrial or environmental sectors is a plus.
• Excellent communication, negotiation and relationship‑building skills.
• Self‑motivated and able to work independently from a home office.
• Willingness to travel regularly and adapt to a flexible schedule.
• Fluent English.
