About the role

This senior, client‑facing position is focused on expanding a boutique investment management firm’s presence across the UK wealth and wholesale market. You will own the wholesale channel, shaping strategy and driving commercial outcomes while working closely with internal teams.

Key responsibilities

• Proactively outreach and develop relationships across the UK wealth and wholesale landscape.
• Target discretionary wealth managers, investment managers, research teams and investment committees.
• Build and manage a robust prospect pipeline, converting relationships into funded mandates.
• Contribute to business‑development strategy, including market mapping, segmentation and coverage approach.
• Oversee day‑to‑day BD processes, collaborating with internal resources.

Required profile

• 7+ years of experience in investment‑management sales or business development.
• Strong, established network within UK wealth management and ability to generate access independently.
• Proven track record of raising assets in institutional or wealth channels.
• Experience operating at a strategic level, shaping BD initiatives rather than only executing.
• Self‑starter who thrives in an entrepreneurial, boutique environment and values collaboration.
