Sales & Marketing Administrator

About the role

We are looking for an organised Sales & Marketing Administrator to support the Sales & Marketing Director and the wider team in New Milton. The role blends sales administration, marketing coordination and project support, offering a varied day‑to‑day workload.

Key responsibilities

• Assist the Sales & Marketing Director with daily department operations, including new sales releases and pricing updates.
• Coordinate projects such as CRM enhancements, website updates, process reviews and the creation of templates, forms and marketing materials.
• Manage diaries, arrange internal and external meetings and handle related administrative tasks.
• Produce reports, spreadsheets, purchase orders and other departmental documentation.
• Maintain sales trackers, pricing documents, lead information and CRM data to ensure accuracy.
• Support management company administration, including agency agreements, site quotations and document management.
• Help organise property launches, open days, promotional events and marketing activities.

Required profile

• Strong organisational skills with the ability to juggle multiple tasks.
• Excellent written and verbal communication.
• Attention to detail and a proactive approach to problem‑solving.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a senior‑leadership team.

Required skills

• Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
• Experience using a CRM system.
