About the role

This is an entry‑level Sales & Marketing Assistant position based in Bournemouth. The role is designed for candidates with no prior experience, offering full training and daily upskilling sessions from day one. You will work in a fast‑paced, customer‑facing environment supporting residential campaigns for recognised non‑profit organisations.

Key responsibilities

• Support customer acquisition through face‑to‑face residential campaigns.
• Engage with customers, delivering a professional and friendly experience.
• Promote products and services, providing clear and accurate information.
• Assist customers with sign‑ups and complete related sales administration.
• Collaborate with a supportive, customer‑facing team.

Required profile

• Positive, proactive attitude with a willingness to learn.
• Professional demeanor and commitment to high‑standard customer service.
• Strong English communication skills.
• Availability for full‑time equivalent work (4–5 days per week, Monday‑Saturday).
• Not currently in full‑time education or on an international student visa.
