Sales & Marketing Associate

About the role

The company, a Japanese architecture firm expanding in the UK and globally, is seeking a Sales & Marketing Associate to boost brand visibility and drive business development across multiple markets. You will work in a hybrid setting, collaborating with senior leadership to translate marketing activities into measurable growth.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and execute marketing strategies that increase brand awareness.
• Manage PR activities and nurture relationships with media and industry partners.
• Generate qualified leads, identify new business opportunities and support proposal preparation.
• Build and maintain relationships with clients, developers, investors and strategic partners.
• Organise and attend exhibitions, conferences and networking events.
• Lead meetings with prospective clients and partners.
• Monitor KPIs, analyse performance data and provide regular reports to senior management.

Required profile

• Minimum three years of experience in B2B marketing, business development or growth.
• Strong understanding of digital, content and lead‑generation marketing.
• Excellent written and spoken English communication skills.
• Commercial mindset with a proactive, entrepreneurial attitude.
• Experience in architecture, interior design, real estate, hospitality, construction or professional services is a plus.
• International business development exposure and additional language skills are advantageous.

Required skills

• Proficiency with CRM platforms such as HubSpot or Salesforce.
