Sales & Marketing Automation Manager

About the role

We are looking for a data‑driven Marketing & Sales Automation Manager to own and optimise our HubSpot‑based automation ecosystem. You will work at the intersection of marketing, sales, technology and data to boost campaign performance, lead generation and overall ROI.

Key responsibilities

• Manage and optimise marketing and sales automation platforms, workflows and lead‑nurturing programmes.
• Build, launch, analyse and continuously improve multi‑channel marketing campaigns.
• Develop reporting dashboards, attribution models and executive‑level performance reports.
• Enhance lead scoring, lead routing, CRM processes and revenue‑operations frameworks.
• Serve as the internal subject‑matter expert for the Marketing & Sales Hub.
• Drive continuous optimisation through A/B testing, data analysis and process improvements.

Required profile

• Proven experience managing marketing automation platforms, preferably HubSpot.
• Strong understanding of CRM systems, lead management and sales operations.
• Track record of executing campaigns, automation and performance analysis.
• Excellent analytical ability to turn data into actionable insights.
• Collaborative experience working with both marketing and sales teams.
• Knowledge of attribution modelling, GDPR compliance and revenue‑operations principles.
