Sales Marketing Executive

About the role

We are looking for a Sales Marketing Executive to drive new business, manage client enquiries and keep our digital presence up‑to‑date. You will play a key part in expanding our customer base and supporting the rapid growth of London Security Services.

Key responsibilities

• Conduct market research to identify opportunities and assess customer needs.
• Generate new sales leads through cold calling, networking and social media.
• Arrange and attend meetings with prospects, presenting our products and services.
• Prepare and deliver presentations, negotiate rates and close deals.
• Produce regular sales and financial reports.
• Represent the company at exhibitions and conferences.
• Handle complaints and objections, ensuring customer satisfaction.
• Gather feedback from clients and share insights with internal teams.
• Maintain and update the website, blogs and social‑media channels.
• Support advertising campaigns.

Required profile

• Proven experience as a Sales Marketing Executive or in a similar sales/marketing role.
• High school diploma.
• Fast learner with a passion for sales and a results‑driven attitude.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Required skills

• Microsoft Office (MS Office) proficiency.
• Experience with web‑based software.
• Hands‑on experience with CRM software (preferred).
• Familiarity with social‑media platforms and web‑analytics tools such as WebTrends.
