Sales & Marketing Internship – Hands‑on Experience

About the role

We are seeking motivated and confident individuals to join our sales and marketing team in London as interns or trainees. The role provides hands‑on experience, mentorship and the potential to move into a full‑time position based on performance.

Key responsibilities

• Contact 80–100 professionals or prospects daily via phone or video to present our products and services.
• Identify potential customers by understanding their upskilling needs and career goals.
• Build and maintain a strong sales pipeline and meet daily activity and weekly enrolment targets.
• Create engaging content for social media and generate leads through digital and traditional channels.
• Deliver excellent customer experience and keep accurate daily activity records.

Required profile

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Self‑motivated, confident and target‑driven.
• Strong organisational and time‑management abilities.
• Ability to work independently.
• Fluent English; additional languages are a plus.
• Previous experience in sales, marketing, lead generation or content creation.
