Sales Negotiator – Estate Agent (Uxbridge)

About the role

We are recruiting a Sales Negotiator for an independent estate agency based in Uxbridge. The successful candidate will have at least six months of experience in a similar role, be a UK resident, and be able to commute within 30 minutes of the office.

Key responsibilities

• Register and qualify potential buyers
• Generate and conduct property viewings
• Canvass to acquire new property listings
• Negotiate sales between vendors and buyers
• Prepare sales brochures and marketing material
• Develop and maintain client relationships
• Provide ongoing advice to buyers and vendors
• Book appointments and ensure exceptional customer service

Required profile

• Minimum 6 months experience as a Sales Negotiator
• UK resident, preferably within a 30‑minute commute of Uxbridge
• Full UK driving licence and own car
• High level of customer service and telephone etiquette
• Well presented and motivated with a winning mindset
