Sales Negotiator

About the role

We are seeking an experienced Sales Negotiator to join a successful independent estate agency in Chertsey. The role focuses on residential property sales, guiding clients through the entire sales journey and helping the branch achieve its targets.

Key responsibilities

• Manage the sales process from initial registration to completion.
• Conduct property viewings and negotiate offers between buyers and vendors.
• Generate new business through prospecting and relationship building.
• Deliver exceptional customer service throughout each transaction.
• Work towards personal and branch sales targets using local market knowledge.

Required profile

• Previous experience in residential property sales.
• Proven ability to meet or exceed sales targets.
• Excellent communication and customer‑service skills.
• Professional telephone manner and confident presentation.
• Self‑motivated, positive attitude and proactive approach.
