Sales Negotiator

About the role

We are seeking an experienced Sales Negotiator to join our independent estate agency in Heathfield. You will work within a close‑knit team delivering exceptional customer service to buyers and sellers while progressing residential sales from viewings to completion.

Key responsibilities

• Register buyers, understand their property requirements and arrange viewings.
• Negotiate offers between buyers and vendors and progress sales to completion.
• Conduct market appraisals where experienced and generate new business opportunities.
• Handle telephone and email enquiries professionally and maintain accurate CRM records.
• Assist with day‑to‑day branch administration and support the team.

Required profile

• Previous experience in a residential estate agency.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills with a customer‑focused attitude.
• Highly organised, detail‑oriented and target‑driven.
• Full UK driving licence and own vehicle (business mileage paid).
• Good maths and English qualifications.
