Sales Negotiator

About the role

Premier Work Support is recruiting a permanent Sales Negotiator for a prestigious client in Erith. The role focuses on driving revenue through upselling, cross‑selling and acquiring new customers while delivering a high standard of service.

Key responsibilities

• Handle sales calls to the existing customer base, aiming to cross‑sell additional products.
• Research, contact and acquire new customers, including referrals from existing clients.
• Maintain polite and friendly customer interactions to maximise retention and exceed service expectations.
• Identify current and future customer needs through effective account management.
• Log and resolve customer enquiries, ensuring complaints are handled professionally and recorded.
• Adhere to company standards for data protection, pricing and sales approach during all calls.
• Record all customer interactions in line with company guidelines.
• Develop and maintain comprehensive knowledge of the company’s products and services.
• Use IT systems efficiently to maximise productivity and report to the sales manager.
• Follow health, safety and environmental policies.

Required profile

• Proven experience in sales, account management or a customer‑facing role.
• Own transport is essential for the role.
• Available to work Monday‑Friday, 9 am‑5 pm.

Required skills

• Strong knowledge of Microsoft Excel.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Outlook.
