Sales Negotiator

About the role

As a Sales Negotiator you will be the primary point of contact for property buyers and sellers, guiding them through each step of the transaction process. You will work within a dynamic property agency, building relationships and delivering professional advice to help clients achieve their goals.

Key responsibilities

• Act as the main liaison for buying applicants, supporting them through buying and selling processes.
• Develop and maintain strong relationships with both vendors and buyers.
• Conduct property viewings and negotiate offers to secure the best outcomes.
• Provide market insights and professional advice to clients.
• Manage and update property listings to ensure accuracy.
• Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and company policies.

Required profile

• Previous experience in estate agency or sales is desirable but not essential.
• Excellent communication, negotiation and interpersonal abilities.
• Self‑motivated with a proactive approach to meeting targets.
• Strong organisational skills and attention to detail.
• Full driving licence and access to a vehicle preferred.
