Sales Negotiator – Lettings & Sales Agent in Dubai

About the role

Allsopp & Allsopp is seeking a motivated Sales Negotiator to join its Lettings & Sales team in Dubai. You will guide landlords, tenants, buyers and sellers through the full residential property transaction cycle, from listing to closing.

Key responsibilities

• Build and manage a portfolio of residential properties for rent and sale.
• Conduct property valuations, secure new listings and market them effectively.
• Arrange and lead property viewings, providing detailed feedback to clients.
• Negotiate offers and close deals, ensuring satisfactory outcomes for all parties.
• Maintain strong relationships with landlords, tenants, buyers and sellers.
• Stay informed on local market trends, pricing and competitor activity.
• Deliver exceptional after‑sales and lettings service and follow‑up.

Required profile

• Strong negotiation and communication abilities.
• Confident, professional and customer‑focused attitude.
• Target‑driven with a proactive mindset.
• Valid UAE driving licence and own car (essential).
