About the role

Join a respected independent estate agency in East Molesey as a Sales Negotiator. You will work in a busy local market, supporting buyers and sellers while developing your career in residential sales, lettings and property management.

Key responsibilities

• Manage buyer enquiries and conduct property viewings.
• Build and maintain strong client relationships.
• Liaise with vendors and purchasers throughout the sales process.
• Negotiate offers to achieve successful sales.
• Provide high levels of customer service.
• Support the team with general office duties.
• Work to targets and deadlines.

Required profile

• Previous experience in a property sales environment.
• Strong communication skills and a positive, proactive attitude.
• Well‑organised, motivated and able to work under pressure.
• Confident, presentable and punctual.
• Ability to build and maintain business relationships.
• Full UK driving licence and own car.
• Professional, articulate and a good team player.
