Sales Negotiator – Property Sales

About the role

We are seeking a motivated Sales Negotiator to join our Esher office. You will act as the primary point of contact for property sellers and buyers, guiding them through the entire sales process and ensuring a seamless experience.

Key responsibilities

• Register new applicants and maintain regular communication with vendors and buyers.
• Build and sustain long‑term relationships based on trust and professionalism.
• Arrange, organise and conduct property viewings.
• Negotiate offers on behalf of clients, securing the best possible terms.
• Stay up‑to‑date with local market trends and provide insightful advice.
• Collaborate with the manager to identify new business opportunities and meet daily/weekly targets.
• Work cross‑departmentally and refer business where appropriate.

Required profile

• Excellent organisational and prioritisation abilities.
• Professional, ambitious and eager to learn.
• Capable of working independently and as part of a team.
• Strong rapport‑building and relationship‑management skills.
• Resilient under pressure in a fast‑changing environment.
• Clear written and verbal communication.
• Full, clean driving licence.

Required skills

• Proficiency with Microsoft Office suite.
• Experience using Outlook.
