Sales Negotiator – Property Sales

About the role

We are looking for an enthusiastic Sales Negotiator to join a well‑established estate agency in the Holloway area of North London. This full‑time position offers a fast‑paced, high‑energy environment where you will help clients buy and sell properties while building a rewarding career in real estate.

Key responsibilities

• Register applicants and match them with suitable properties.
• Conduct property viewings and provide professional advice.
• Negotiate offers between buyers and vendors.
• Build and maintain strong client relationships.
• Generate new business opportunities and support the sales process from enquiry to completion.

Required profile

• Previous experience in estate agency or sales (preferred but not essential).
• Strong communication and negotiation abilities.
• Target‑driven, proactive attitude and professional presentation.
• Ability to thrive in a fast‑paced environment.
• Full UK driving licence preferred.

• Basic salary of £23,000 per year.
• Uncapped commission (10% individual, 5% generation on self‑generated business).
