Sales Negotiator – Residential Property

About the role

We are looking for an ambitious Sales Negotiator to join a well‑established multi‑branch estate agency in Highbury, London. You will work within a supportive team to manage residential property sales from initial enquiry through to completion, helping both buyers and sellers achieve their goals.

Key responsibilities

• Register and qualify prospective buyers.
• Arrange and conduct property viewings.
• Negotiate offers between buyers and vendors.
• Proactively generate new business opportunities.
• Provide feedback to vendors after viewings.
• Progress sales through to completion using internal systems.
• Maintain accurate records and support the team in meeting targets and KPIs.

Required profile

• Previous experience in residential property sales.
• Ambitious, target‑driven and motivated to succeed.
• Confident negotiator with excellent communication and customer service skills.
• Organised with strong attention to detail.
• Full UK driving licence (not essential).

What we offer

• Basic salary £23,000 – £25,000 (DOE) with OTE potential of £40,000+ through commission.
• Full‑time role, Monday to Friday plus one Saturday per three weeks (short day).
