Sales Negotiator – Residential Property

About the role

We are seeking a motivated Sales Negotiator to join our busy Highbury office. You will work in a fast‑paced, professional environment helping buyers find their ideal homes while delivering exceptional service to vendors.

Key responsibilities

• Value residential properties and advise clients on pricing strategies.
• Market properties, arrange and conduct viewings.
• Negotiate offers between buyers and sellers to achieve successful sales.
• Manage the sales process from offer acceptance through to completion.
• Build and maintain relationships with vendors, buyers, solicitors and mortgage advisers.
• Generate new business opportunities and follow up leads.
• Maintain accurate records using CRM systems and ensure compliance with legislation.

Required profile

• At least 1 year of experience in residential property sales.
• Confident, driven and target‑focused with strong communication and negotiation abilities.
• Excellent time‑management and problem‑solving skills.
• Professional appearance and a commitment to delivering outstanding customer service.

Required skills

• Proficiency with CRM systems.

What we offer

• Basic salary of £22,000 plus commission.
• On‑target earnings of £35,000‑£40,000.
• Full‑time permanent contract, Monday‑Friday 9‑6 with occasional Saturday work.
