Sales Negotiator – Residential Real Estate

About the role

Join a leading residential real‑estate firm with a strong presence across West and Central London. As a Sales Negotiator you will be the front‑line driver of property sales, building relationships with buyers and sellers while contributing to the branch’s premium market positioning.

Key responsibilities

• Lead day‑to‑day operations of the branch office, ensuring the brand’s premium positioning is consistently reflected.
• Register and qualify new buyers and sellers, managing enquiries from first contact through to completion.
• Conduct property viewings, provide feedback to vendors, and negotiate offers between parties.
• Maintain a robust sales pipeline, updating CRM systems and accurate records throughout each transaction.
• Build and nurture strong client relationships to generate repeat business and referrals.
• Contribute to achieving branch sales targets and meeting project deadlines.

Required profile

• 3–4 years of proven sales experience in residential property, with a track record of meeting or exceeding targets.
• Strong communication and negotiation abilities, with a focus on delivering excellent client service.
• Self‑motivated and able to work independently while integrating quickly into an existing team.

Required skills

• Proficiency with CRM systems for pipeline management and record‑keeping.
