Sales Negotiator – Trainee (Real Estate)

About the role

This is an entry‑level opportunity for a motivated individual to join a well‑established independent estate agency in Laindon. You will be involved in the full property sales cycle, from generating leads and conducting viewings to negotiating offers and supporting the legal completion process.

Key responsibilities

• Generate new business through canvassing and market appraisals.
• Market properties to potential buyers and arrange viewings.
• Match prospective buyers and tenants with suitable properties.
• Maintain regular contact with buyers, sellers, vendors and other parties throughout the sales process.
• Handle financial and legal aspects of sales, guiding clients from agreement to completion.
• Support daily branch operations with strong administrative abilities and use of agency software.

Required profile

• Target‑driven with a strong desire to succeed in a sales environment.
• Excellent communication skills and a confident, outgoing personality.
• Team‑oriented and willing to continuously challenge and develop yourself.
• Determination and energy are essential; prior property sales experience is advantageous but not mandatory.

Required skills

• Proficiency with agency software systems (e.g., property management CRM).
