Sales Operations Analyst (Temporary)

About the role

We are looking for a proactive Sales Operations Analyst to join a leading automotive manufacturing team on a five‑month contract. You will help align sales order flow with production capacity, ensuring timely delivery and maximising revenue opportunities.

Key responsibilities

• Manage the sequencing of sales orders to optimise sales opportunities while respecting capacity limits.
• Transfer orders to production according to weekly schedules and coordinate timing with logistics.
• Represent sales operations in order‑management meetings and advocate for additional production slots when needed.
• Identify, evaluate and implement new software tools and automated reporting systems to streamline processes.
• Collaborate with regional teams to resolve scheduling and capacity constraints.

Required profile

• Previous experience in a similar sales operations role, preferably within the automotive industry.
• Strong analytical mindset with meticulous attention to detail.
• Excellent communication and influencing abilities.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Excel and PowerPoint; familiarity with analytics reporting tools such as Tableau is a plus.
