Sales Operations and Customer Service Executive – German Speaking

About the role

We are looking for a sharp, detail‑obsessed Sales Operations and Customer Service Executive who is fluent in German. You will act as the bridge between DACH customers, sales teams and internal logistics, ensuring orders are accurate, shipments stay on schedule and customers are kept informed.

Key responsibilities

• Own sales operations and customer service support for DACH accounts.
• Manage order books, customer data, pricing, part numbers and value‑added services.
• Enter and review orders to guarantee accuracy before shipping windows open.
• Support order allocation and coordinate communication with the warehouse.
• Keep customers and sales teams updated throughout the shipping season.
• Track fulfilment, identify delays and monitor customer satisfaction.

Required profile

• Fluent German (essential).
• 1–2 years of B2B sales support, customer service or operations experience.
• Strong Excel and Microsoft Office proficiency.
• Customer‑first mindset with high energy, accuracy and common sense.
