Sales Operations Coordinator – 12‑month Fixed‑Term

About the role

We are seeking a Sales Operations Coordinator on a 12‑month fixed‑term contract to support our client’s international sales team based in Liverpool city centre. The role blends day‑to‑day sales administration with project support, ensuring smooth operation of sales processes across local and global teams.

Key responsibilities

• Assist the sales team with policies, procedures and internal programmes.
• Prepare and distribute reports, dashboards and performance data.
• Maintain product and service pricing information and support quoting, order management and pricing activities.
• Provide first‑line support for Salesforce CRM and CPQ users, including basic troubleshooting and data‑accuracy checks.
• Create and update process documentation, user guides and training resources.
• Collaborate with HR, Finance, Customer Service and Operations on cross‑functional projects.

Required profile

• Proven experience supporting a sales team or in sales administration.
• Strong initiative, able to work independently and as part of a team.
• Excellent organisational and communication skills.
• Availability to work on‑site Monday‑Thursday and remote on Friday, 9am‑5pm.

Required skills

• Salesforce (CRM and CPQ) – basic troubleshooting.
• Advanced Microsoft Office/Excel.

What we offer

• Salary £25,000‑£29,000 per annum, dependent on experience.
• 12‑month fixed‑term contract covering maternity leave.
