Sales Operations Coordinator – Fixed‑Term (12 months)

About the role

This 12‑month fixed‑term position supports a fast‑growing sales team in Liverpool and global colleagues. You will ensure day‑to‑day sales operations run smoothly while providing accurate data and administrative support.

Key responsibilities

• Assist the sales team with policies, procedures and internal programmes.
• Prepare and distribute reports, dashboards and performance data.
• Maintain product and service pricing information.
• Support Salesforce CRM and CPQ users, including basic troubleshooting.
• Monitor data accuracy, resolve issues and keep documentation up to date.
• Write administrative reports and provide project support.
• Help with quoting, order management and pricing activities.
• Collaborate with Sales, HR, Finance, Customer Service and Operations teams.

Required profile

• Experience supporting a sales team or in sales administration.
• Strong overall administration abilities and initiative.
• Team‑player with the confidence to work independently.
