Sales Operations Executive

About the role

Our client, a growing technology organisation, is looking for a proactive Sales Operations Executive to support the Sales & Marketing team. This office‑based position in Ascot offers a fast‑paced environment where attention to detail and strong organisational skills are essential.

Key responsibilities

• Provide administrative support to the Sales team, managing enquiries and shared inboxes.
• Prepare quotations, proposals, pricing requests and tender documentation.
• Support order processing and liaise with internal departments to resolve issues.
• Maintain pricing information, sales records and CRM data.
• Act as a key CRM user, handling reporting, data accuracy, user queries and system improvements.
• Produce sales reports, forecasts and management information.
• Coordinate meetings, travel arrangements and team activities.
• Assist with onboarding, training and continuous‑improvement initiatives.
• Ensure customer and company data are managed in line with GDPR requirements.

Required profile

• Previous experience in Sales Administration, Sales Support or Sales Operations.
• Experience using CRM systems and maintaining accurate customer data.
• Strong Microsoft Office skills, especially Excel.
• Excellent organisational ability and attention to detail.
• Effective communication and relationship‑building skills.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines.
• Professional, customer‑focused and team‑oriented attitude.
