Sales Operations Manager

About the role

Join a leading heritage brand as the operational heartbeat of an international sales team. You will own the CRM platform, streamline processes and provide data‑driven insights that empower sales agents across the UK and abroad. This role blends sales operations, reporting, and commercial support in a dynamic office environment.

Key responsibilities

• Take full ownership of the CRM system, including configuration and user support.
• Produce regular sales reports, dashboards and performance analytics.
• Support UK and international sales agents with day‑to‑day operational needs.
• Monitor sales activity, identify trends and recommend improvements.
• Design and implement workflow automations to enhance efficiency.
• Coordinate customer communications and product launch activities.
• Collaborate closely with Sales, Marketing and Customer Service teams.
• Assist in the rollout of a new bespoke CRM platform.

Required profile

• Proven experience supporting a commercial or sales function.
• Highly organised, proactive and able to work independently.
• Strong communication skills with internal teams and external partners.
• Passion for improving processes and finding smarter ways of working.

Required skills

• Hands‑on experience with CRM systems.
• Data analysis and reporting capabilities.
• Ability to build dashboards and visualise sales performance.
