Sales Order Processor – Customer Service & CRM

About the role
We are seeking enthusiastic Sales Order Processors to join a growing team in Snodland. You will be the first point of contact for customers, helping them select products and process orders efficiently.
Key responsibilities
- Answer customer inquiries by phone and guide product selection.
- Enter orders accurately using CRM systems.
- Maintain high‑quality customer service throughout the order lifecycle.
- Collaborate with teammates to achieve sales targets and service standards.
- Adapt to varied shift patterns, including occasional weekend work and overtime.
Required profile
- Proven experience in sales order processing or a similar customer‑service role.
- Strong command of written and spoken English.
- Ability to work well within a team and handle multiple tasks.
- Driver’s licence preferred due to location.
