About the role
We are looking for a Sales Order Processor to join our team in Worsley. The role involves handling customer enquiries by phone, processing orders accurately and ensuring a smooth end‑to‑end customer journey.
Key responsibilities
- Answer customer phone enquiries and provide accurate information.
- Process sales orders in internal CRM systems efficiently.
- Collaborate with other departments to guarantee timely delivery or investigate order issues.
- Maintain detailed records of all customer interactions and transactions.
- Deliver excellent customer service at all times and manage complaints from start to resolution.
Required profile
- Proven experience as an Order Processor or in a similar customer‑facing role.
- Excellent communication skills and a personable, compassionate approach.
- Ability to multitask, work under pressure and follow shift patterns (Mon‑Fri 08:00‑18:15, occasional Saturday).

What we offer
- Hourly rate of £16.24 (equivalent to ~£31,500 per year).
- Temporary contract with the potential to become permanent.
