Sales Order Processor – Hybrid Working

About the role
We are looking for a Sales Order Processor to join a nationally recognised engineering supplier. The role combines customer‑facing order processing with support for the external sales team, offering hybrid working and a clear progression path into a full sales position.
Key responsibilities
- Handle customer enquiries and process sales orders.
- Prepare and submit quotations, liaising with clients and suppliers.
- Arrange engineers for site visits and coordinate scheduling.
- Retain existing business and support the external sales team.
- Develop product knowledge to guide customers in drives, motors, control systems and related industrial products.
Required profile
- Experience as a Sales Coordinator, Sales Order Processor or similar role.
- Background in engineering or industrial sectors.
- Ability to work Monday‑Friday (8:30 am‑5 pm, early finish on Friday).
