Sales & Production Executive

About the role

We are partnering with a family‑run manufacturing business that is preparing to launch an exciting new product. The Sales & Production Executive will support the product from development through launch and will continue to manage its day‑to‑day production, combining customer‑facing sales activities with hands‑on manufacturing tasks.

Key responsibilities

• Support the launch and promotion of the new product.
• Identify leads, build new customer relationships and prepare quotations.
• Demonstrate the product to prospects and explain its benefits.
• Assist with manufacturing, assembly and quality checks.
• Help refine production processes and suggest improvements.
• Coordinate customer orders from enquiry through to delivery.

Required profile

• Confident, practical and commercially aware.
• Previous experience in sales, manufacturing or engineering.
• Comfortable speaking with customers and developing new business.
• Willing to work hands‑on in a workshop environment.
• Proactive, organised and able to solve problems.
• Motivated by helping to grow a new product range.
