Sales Progressor (Estate Agency)

About the role

We are seeking an experienced Sales Progressor to join a thriving estate agency with multiple offices across the South East. You will manage the end‑to‑end sales progression process, ensuring smooth transitions from initial interest to exchange and completion.

Key responsibilities

• Drive the full sales progression cycle for branch sales, from start to exchange/completion.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with buyers, sellers, brokers, solicitors and surveyors.
• Conduct AML checks and ensure compliance with regulatory requirements.
• Maintain regular, clear communication with sellers throughout the process.
• Participate in weekly sales meetings and uphold company standards.

Required profile

• Previous experience in an estate agency environment (essential).
• Excellent communication, presentation and interpersonal abilities.
• Strong telephone manner and customer‑service focus.
• Commercial awareness with the ability to manage KPIs.
• Proactive mindset and drive to maximise earnings.
