Sales Progressor – Property Sales

About the role

David Astburys is looking for a motivated Sales Progressor to manage the end‑to‑end sales progression process for property transactions in London. You will act as the central point of contact for sellers, buyers, solicitors and other stakeholders, ensuring smooth timelines and high‑quality customer service.

Key responsibilities

• Oversee the full sales progression process and related chains.
• Communicate clearly with sellers, buyers, solicitors, mortgage lenders, estate agents and vendors to coordinate timelines and resolve issues.
• Conduct AML checks and proof‑of‑funds verification for all instructions and buyers; send Terms & Conditions for transactions.
• Provide weekly updates to clients and buyers via phone and email.
• Maintain accurate records in the CRM system.
• Perform pre‑completion checks and manage post‑completion activities, including sending congratulatory and anniversary gifts.
• Produce and present weekly and monthly reports to the Sales Director.
• Lead weekly sales team meetings for pipeline updates and client care.
• Send invoices to solicitors and follow up on payments.
• Introduce relevant ancillary services to clients and collaborate with the Client Services Department.

Required profile

• Previous experience in sales within the property or real‑estate industry.
• Strong commitment to delivering excellent customer service.
• Effective time‑management skills and ability to stay calm under pressure.
• Proactive initiative and ability to work both independently and as part of a team.
• Clear and proactive communication style.

• Salary £30,000‑£33,000 per year plus quarterly performance‑based bonuses.
• Monday‑to‑Friday working hours (8:45 am‑6:00 pm).
